I am not happy with my results. Okay larh, more like...unsatisfied with it. I received the sms and saw that I obtained no Ds and had more than 1 B and a few C+s, which for me is supposed to be considered really good compared to my results last semester, and felt thrilled instantly. And then after a few minutes the fact that I STILL didn't get an A sank in. If there's one thing that would make me esctatic would be to see an A somewhere in my results and it CANNOT be a CDS subject. CDS doesn't count for me. And it still hasn't happened yet. So yeah, that's probably the main reason why I still feel disappointed. Never mind, I guess I have Semester 3.2 to get it. The last semester. Now I'm more worried about where I get posted to for my attachment looking at my not-that-good-grade for Nutrition. I think my chances for Health Promotion Board is getting slim. If I don't get that, I better get lab services. At least it's something I'm more familiar with. If I don't get THAT, well...God help me.

Anyways, today I went back to the lab for DRP. Only Raz, Lay Leng and I ended up going seeing as the rest couldn't make it due to various reasons. And we, the unlucky ones, had to wash those STINKING bacteria-loaded bottles that we kept in the incubator since last DRP. I swear I've never smelled anything as bad as the things that we have had to smell in DRP. The stench just now was no different. I could have almost fainted there and then. Oh but before that, we were suppose to autoclave/decontaminate the bottles and the petri dishes before disposing the contents. As usual, when we're having DRP something is BOUND to go wrong at least once. And it did. We forgot to wrap the petri dishes in the autoclave bag for "protection" against the high heat. And the whole stack turned from this: (imagine one stack of those petri dishes)

into....

It was disgusting. And trust me, we've destroyed many more equipments using the autoclave We're like a plague for anything that goes in that machine. Sighh.

Okay, moving onto something happier and definitely better-looking. I went to TM with Fathiah today for a short while to look at the Converse Sale since she wanted to buy sneakers. And I ended up buying a pair too. In my defense, it was really cheap. Ours were both $29.90. They had nicer designs at $39.90 but I was already too broke to fork out the extra 10 bucks. Besides, I liked the one I found. Plain and simple. And black *since I never had black shoes before, excluding those for work*. And denim. And had that off-white colour which makes it look kinda worn out. I like it =)
